Application Process

As long as you find the position on our website, we are still looking. Send us your application – we look forward to it.

Sure. Just send your documents to karriere@venneker-gruppe.de. A CV is enough to start with – a cover letter is not mandatory.

Of course. If you are interested in more than one position, feel free to apply for all of them. We will work together to see where you fit best.

We usually get back to you within 3 to 5 working days. In the initial phase, it may take a little longer because we take the time to carefully review your application and coordinate with the specialist departments.

There can be various reasons for this: perhaps our email ended up in your spam folder, the email address you provided was incorrect, or there are currently holiday-related delays. Did you receive a confirmation of receipt? If so, please be patient. If not, feel free to apply again and check your contact details.

Given the volume of applications, we unfortunately cannot contact each applicant individually by phone. However, after a personal interview, we will try to give you detailed feedback by phone. And: feel free to apply again in the future. Our requirements change, and your profile might be a perfect fit next time.

Check our careers page regularly or follow us on social media. This way you won't miss any new job postings.

We want to get to know you as a person. An up-to-date CV is part of this – additionally, we appreciate a few personal lines: What excites you? Why Venneker? References or a link to your LinkedIn profile are a bonus, but not a must.

Application process for working students & interns

The easiest way is by email to karriere@venneker-gruppe.de. This ensures a smooth application process for you.

Please attach your CV, your current or most recent certificate, and a certificate of enrollment. It is also helpful to know how long you will still be studying and in which field you are studying.

After reviewing your application, we invite you to an initial interview – usually a phone interview with someone from the HR department. If that goes well, a follow-up interview with the team leaders follows, who will ask you technical questions. For some positions, there is also a small case study. The exact process may vary slightly depending on the department.

Sure, if you are interested in multiple areas, feel free to apply for all of them. We will see together where the best fit is.

2 to 3 months before the planned start of the internship is sufficient. So you don't have to apply half a year in advance.
