In Nordkirchen, you wash your vehicle completely at one location: three heated indoor washing bays for the main wash and trailer interior cleaning, one outdoor bay for pre-wash or quick cleaning in between. Cars and trucks use the same hall – you don't have to drive to two different facilities.
The bays are equipped with high-quality brushes, tailored cleaners for paint, tarpaulin, and bodywork, as well as high-pressure lances for stubborn areas. The heated hall keeps water and cleaner temperature constant – even in winter, the interior cleaning of trailers works reliably.
You work yourself, at your own pace, without waiting at the service counter.
98% water cycle with biogas electricity
Our water treatment system recovers 98% of the water used. Each wash cycle therefore runs with almost no fresh water consumption – saving several hundred liters of drinking water per wash and reducing the amount of wastewater accordingly.
The small remainder that cannot be returned to the cycle goes to our in-house biogas plant. There, the wastewater is converted into electricity, which we use to heat the hall and operate the treatment system itself. Cleaning wastewater becomes energy for the next wash.
In the Münsterland region, this sets a benchmark: there is no other washing system in the area that uses so little fresh water and generates its own electricity from its wastewater.
Frequently Asked Questions about the Washing System
Freight forwarders, contract operators, self-drivers and private customers – anyone with an active chip can use the facility around the clock. A commercial contract is not a prerequisite.
The indoor spaces are designed for tractor-trailers, tandem and refrigerated trailers, tippers, and solo trucks. In the outdoor space, you wash cars, vans, and anything that doesn't need to go into an indoor bay.
You create the chip once at our office – this gives you 24/7 access. When entering, the system reads your chip, unlocks the selected space, and logs the wash cycle. Billing is collected at the end of the month, with no cash on site.
